Why purchase from us?

When you purchase with us, we guarantee the authenticity of the products that you are purchasing.

Can I visit your shop?

Unfortunately not at the moment. We are only available online.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes of course! 

We will not include the invoice in your order if you leave us a note to let us know it’s a gift!

Note: we no longer provide gift wrapping

Will I received an invoice or order confirmation?

Once your order is placed, you will received an order confirmation in your email. 

Please check your junk mail just in case it drops in there.

When will you ship my order?

We can literally ship anywhere in the world. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday – Friday). Excluding weekends and public holidays. We may notify you in case of item out of stock.

Safe Drop / Authority To Leave?

Due to the nature of the products, we post all package with Signature on Delivery to avoid posties safe dropping your products out in the extreme weather condition. 

Do you provide free samples in my order?

We provide free samples with all orders. The free samples are randomly selected and amount varies subject to availability. We apologise in advance if we did not include any sample as they may be out of stock. We’ll try our best to accommodate.

What are your shipping method and how much?

We ship via Auspost. 

The postage rate is automatically calculated upon check out for you. Shipping rate is charge based by weight. 

Free shipping is available, please see announcement.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we are happy to cancel your order for you. No cancellation is available once dispatched.

For payments made via Zippay and Afterpay, there will be a 10% admin fee incur to process the cancellation & refunds. 


Cancellation from us:

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Potentially fraudulent order. Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel your order.
  2. Extreme Weather Condition. Due to major failure or service disruptions, we may cancel your order to avoid delivery delays or damages to our products.
  3. Incorrect pricing or rates. Due to the sometimes-volatile market for currency exchanges or shipping fees, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
  4. Non-Payment. If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time (currently 30 days) after the order has been placed, we may cancel an order without notice.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this

Wrong mailing address OR uncollected parcel is being returned?

In cases where the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect / incomplete mailing address or if you have not collect your parcel in the allocated time-frame, there will be a re-delivery fee applicable.

If you wish not to resend to you, we will charge cancellation & restocking fees that may take up to 35% plus the return to sender postage fee of $10. No refunds for any shipping cost.

Please note, there is additional 10% admin fee to process Zippay and Afterpay refunds.

Do you delivery to PO BOXES or PARCEL LOCKERS?

Delivery to PO BOX, PARCEL LOCKERS, LOCKED BAG, COMMON BOX, AFPO, PMB: During extreme weather condition especially summer and spring, kindly collect your items as soon as possible to avoid compromising the products.

I have a reaction to one of your product!

Our products are made of natural and organic ingredients. They are all derma tested on willing human being.

However, sometimes mixing and layering different brands product may trigger different reactions to your skin and each individual’s allergy reaction may be different too.

If you have a reaction to a product, stop using the product immediately.

Are there any samples you can send me?

We sell travel kit sizes in a set where you can purchase to patch test or test on your skin prior to committing to our regular sizes. 

They are very popular as trial size and gifting too!

How do I know if the skincare will work for my skin?
  • We show all the ingredients listed for each product on our product.
  • Check that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in the product you use. Speak to your doctor if you have any concerns or if you’re not sure.
  • If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, visit your doctor or a clinical dermatologist before using new product.
  • If you have an allergic reaction to a product, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.
  • If you are pregnant, generally natural ingredients are safe to use however as each individual may react differently, visit your doctor before using new product.
  • Just because you had used our product in the past doesn't mean your skin would not react differently, therefore always patch test!
Can I use if I have skin condition such as, Sensitive Skin, Allergic Prone, Eczema or rashes?

All our products are tested on all skin types and there is nothing that will cause any harm, however everyone's skin reacts differently, therefore we can't make a claim either way.

You can purchase our Mini Deluxe to patch test on other areas before test on your skin prior to using the regular products.

Always consult with your aesthetic or doctor over the ingredients that are suitable for you. 

If you have a reaction to a product, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.

  • ALWAYS check the skincare / cosmetics's ingredient information on the packaging.
  • REMEMBER to check that you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients in the skincare / cosmetics you use and speak to your doctor if you have any concerns or if you’re not sure.
  • VISIT your doctor or a clinical dermatologist before using new cosmetics if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies.
  • DO not simply mix your new skincare / cosmetic with other products till you are sure it works.

If you do experience an allergic reaction cease use. We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredient list on this web site before purchase or use. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacement products or returns. 


Why do I see alcohol in some of products?

Cetearyl or Cetyl alcohol are fatty alcohol that is used as an emollient and stabiliser. They are naturally derived from vegetable. Fatty alcohol do not post a risk to any skin.

Is all the products non-comedogenic?

While we can safely say Yes, however everyone reacts to skincare differently. We don't use any ingredient that will block pores, but choosing the right products for the skin type can prevent any breakouts in the midst.

Is the products safe during pregnancy or nursing?

While most natural & organic products are safe to use, however the most important guide is to carefully check the labels and seek advise from your aestheticians or dermatologists about which ingredients are suitable for you. Remember, depending on individual, our body absorb and reacts differently during pregnancy. The rule of thumb is to stop using if you have a negative reaction to the skincare. However there are a lot of myths out there, so be sure to do your homework and know that being pregnant doesn’t mean giving up great skin care!

Oh no! I have experienced a break out since using a product!

Don't panic!

Making a switch to a brand new product may sometime cause a temporary 'detox' of the skin. Sometimes, you may tend to use too much on your skin at one go which may cause the break out. Remember, with our products, a general rule of thumb, a little goes a long way. You really don't need a lot to get the goodness to work on your skin. Plus, with little usage, our products will last you months!

Having said that, it is advisable to introduce new product to your existing regime, slowly. Just because you had used our product in the past doesn't mean your skin would not react differently. Maybe, avoid too many layering of different products till your skin is adapted to new product, then slowly adding on existing products.

Are there samples that you can send to me?

If you are new to our products and wishing to test them, we have our deluxe travel mini in set that you can purchase to patch test or test on your skin prior to committing to our regular size products.

When you purchase with us, we will pop in some sample satchels based on your skin type or upon your request in your order. However, subject to availability as not all of our products comes with sample satchels and there are times that we might be out of stock of those we do. 

Are the products contain nasty ingredients and your packaging environmental friendly?

All of our products are natural and organic, therefore we don't use parabens, PEGS, SLS, GMO, synthetic in them. 

Whamisa has international seals by EWG (safe cosmetic ingredients) and BDIH (Natural Organic Cosmetics).

Whamisa & all other brands on our website are derma tested and cruelty free.


Where are your products made?

All Whamisa products are directly from company R&D headquarter, based in Korea, (unless specified otherwise) therefore products are labelled Made in Korea.

Products are carefully managed and despatched to you from our warehouse in Australia.

Are they EWG and BDIH verified too?

Currently, WHAMISA used EWG verified ingredients and has a BDIH seal.

Product Descriptions Policy

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. Products are manufactured in a facility that manufacturers a variety of different products so not not guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as gluten and/or nuts, honeys. We will not be held liable for any such risk taken by customers to engage in using our products with such allergies. Any reaction that occurs use should be ceased and medical professional consulted. Use is at risk of customer. 

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual product. We do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.


Samples will be given in each order, unless out of stock we apologise in advance.

Any promotional and free gift items, will be replace with the equivalent price of another if out of stock. We do not offer free exchange or replacement for free gifts items.

SALE & Promotional Products

Depending on our promotional and on sale items, we may not offer free exchange or replacement for these items.

Some on sale items that have a special higher discounted rate falls under our stock clearance intention as they will have a shelf life of 3-6 months left due to expiry date. These products are safe to be use and will still be able to use within a 6 months period once you've opened them. 

Expiry Dates

We always aim to maintain a longer shelf life when you purchased your item. 

The products that falls under the 3-6 months shelf life left in them will be put on sale in a higher discount rate with almost up to 40%-70% depending on products. Please note: as long as you used up the product within 6 months upon opening, the product is safe to be use. If the product has turned colour after a few months of opening, kindly do not use them.
