TERMS

  • Register: Rewards points will be credited to your account upon signed up.
  • Purchase: Rewards points will be credited to your account after your order is completed. 
  • Referral: Rewards points will be credited on your account once your referral complete their first order with us.
  • Reviews: Reward points only applies once per product.
  • Rewards points will be calculated based on total cost of order excluding discounts, redeemed points, shipping and before tax. 
  • Rewards points may have slight discrepancies via rounding method or the complex calculation on the system on how you are redeeming. Any queries, please contact us.
  • Points may expire in the next 100 days.
  • The minimum redeem points is 100 points.
  • You can view your points history in your Account Dashboard.
  • We appreciate your patronage with us and therefore the reward system. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order if we’ve found the reward system is being misused.
  • Points may not be apply to our sale, promotion, bundle, set, or BOGO promo, unless specified otherwise.
  • Any store credits or points that are refunded will have an expiration date specified, refer your Account Dashboard.
  • We are not able to refund points with monies or exchange or points again as reward point is free and we do not offer refunds or exchange / replacement for free points.
