Please understand that it is important to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by your postal service without risk of theft or loss. If you are concerned about the security of packages received at your mailing address, you must provide a different shipping address for your order upon check-out.

For international order weight total up to 2kg and above, we may contact you to confirm the orders for additional cost involved or cancellation if you preferred.

The buyer is responsible for the knowledge of any import laws in their requested destination.
Should you not accept your parcel and it is returned to us, shipping expenses + restocking fees up to 50% will be deducted from refund or additional cost will be charged for re-ship.

Safe Drop / Authority To Leave

If you have opted for Safe Drop / Authority To Leave (meaning Signature Not Required), specifically, when subscribing to this service, you have affectively enters into a new agreement with Australia Post and accepts risk and responsibility for their parcel. For any issue occur on your parcel, kindly contact Auspost immediately.

Whamisa cannot be held responsible for Delivered lost or damaged products left unattended.

 

Redelivery Fee

In cases where the parcel is returned to us without approval or due to incorrect / incomplete mailing address or if you have not collect your parcel in the allocated time-frame, there will be a re-delivery fee  of $20 applicable.

If you wish not to resend to you, we will charge cancellation & restocking fees that may take up to 35% plus the postage fee of $20. No refunds for any shipping cost.

 

Items scanned as ‘delivered’

If your parcel is marked as delivered and you have not received the parcel (after checking with other members at your premises), at this stage, Auspost may request for you to file for police report due to theft of missing parcel.

Please lodge a delivery issue enquiry if the item is showing in Auspost track tool or via a track advice email as ‘delivered’ but has not been received.

* Please note, all items requires signature on delivery, therefore please check if anyone else at the address has accepted or signed for the item.

Delivery Delays

Please allow an additional 10 business days after the estimates to allow for delivery delays, especially during the Christmas season.

Sometimes things are out of our control: like company strikes, natural disasters, postal services decided to bring your order travelling the entire globe, flights disaster, truck turnover, Brad and Angelina breaking up or Armageddon. We ask you for your kind understanding that this is beyond our control when these tragic events happen. We are able to lodge a case incident with postal delivery if you have not received your item after the delivery estimates. In this time, there is a waiting time of 10 business days for Domestic Orders & 60 business days for International Orders prior to the case getting a conclusive outcome.

Important Notice: In cases where parcel delivers to you after any refunds given (sometimes this occur where Auspost may have found your parcel and proceed to deliver to you & tracking), you must return the package unopened via the Auspost counter with RTS (Return To Sender). Failure to do so is an offence.
